Product Description:
The dryer machine is an indispensable equipment in wood/biomass pellet plant process. Usually the best moisture content for wood or sawdust pellet production is 12% to 18%. If the raw material is too wet, the pellets made out will be easy to break.

Scope of application:
1. The chemical industry, miners, metallurgical and other industries, such as iron ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin.
2. Agriculture, feed, fertilizer industry, such as straw, grass, leaves, fish meal, corn, soy sauce, starch residue, lees, medical, pomace, soy sauce residue, bagasse, peat, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, waste of aquatic products, food waste, the abattoir waste, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer ammonium sulphate.
3. To have special requirements of dry powder, granule materials.Such as all kinds of crystal, light calcium carbonate, active white earth, magnetic powder, graphite, mineral mud, clay, lime, mineral mud, phosphorus slag, aluminum plant red mud.
4. Require low temperature drying and need continuous dry bulk materials.
 
Working Principle
1. Materials are sent to the hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator;
2. Materials enter the barrel installed with slope to horizontal line from the higher side,and hot air enters the barrel from the lower side,and the materials and hot air mix together;
3. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel is rotating;
4. Lifters on the inner side of barrel lift materials up and down in order to make materials and hot air mix completely,which is designed to improve the producing efficiency of rotary dryer.
